2008 Memorial Day Events
The Community Media Center will air Westminster's 141st Memorial Day Parade and Exercises at the Westminster Cemetery beginning May 27 and running throughout the month of June. This event is captured annually by volunteers and staff of the Community Media Center for broadcast on Carroll County's public access channels.
