The Community Media Center is a Public, Education, and Government Access Center with a mission to provide the facilities, equipment, and technical support necessary to allow you to "Make Television Matter" in your local community. We are a non-profit 501c-3 organization.We see television as a tool to encourage participation in the life of your community. This tool can be used to educate, inform, entertain, and document.
We believe that a strong democracy recognizes the right of everyone to affordably access the dominant means of communication – television.
